The two sides of the three members and SM Entertainment stated their views on the 21st at 10:20 am, when the hearing began.
The three members' side asked for the suspension of their exclusive contract and said there were problems when it came to their income division.
SM Entertainment's side stated that they had already fixed the contract five times and that there were no problems with the income division.
